Hello there, I’m new.

Hello all. I am MistressSammy a 21 year old fat Black woman. And I am a new mod to this wonderful space. This blog was a great place for me to learn and listen and gets advice on how to deal with all the baggage that comes with being a Fat woman of Color.  I am very honored to be helping others do the same. Brand new Fatty in the House

I just wanted to give a shoutout to the FPOC community! I’m Paula some of you may know me already as Bigassfemme and I’m one of the new mods for Fat People of Color, GET EXCITED! 

A little bit about me :

• I’m of mixed race, those being Brazilian(White) and African American
• I was born and raised in the District of Columbia (D.C) or the Nations Capitol of the U.S
• I’m Queer, and I’m really passionate about Feminism, Art, Sex Positivity,Fat Acceptance and LGBTAQ issues 

I’m here to help create a safe, positive community for all Fat POC and allies, so if you have any questions please feel free to ask, submit photos,stories etc and let’s have some fun with this!
